RefracTRAK™ is a web application used by a local Sarasota FL company as a CRM, Scripting, and booking system. They handle Lasik, Cosmetic, and Hearing calls and patients for doctors offices around the country. The application is hidden behind a secure login system and encrypted by an SSL certificate. It is also HIPPA compliant.
The application features a budding API and integrates with outside CRM systems to make the process as smooth as possible for the doctors office. This site is an ongoing project that I work on for the client and is constantly having new features added.
